Just change your region settings to US and you should be fine.
The only reason games come out first on consoles is coz consoles are limited to low graphics, while the game is maxed out for pc with all its splendor

consoles are destroying pc games coz their poor porting…u can see this on dead space 3 for pc without dx 11 tesselation or hires texture…just another poor porting from that stuff named consoles…anyway if u want a little bit boost for dead space 3 pc graphic u can download sweet fx mod….at the end “consoles sucks” pc rulez
