I can play the game but I can’t hear any voice and there’re no subtitles… Am I the only one?
You’re not the only one. I have the same problem. The game runs nicely, but none of the voice acting or subtitles are there. It’s a newly cracked game. It may take a little bit to work out the bugs.

the crack at the top works for me and game runs smoothly even on high settings. but I’m having a problem with the in game dialogue and subtitles. neither of them work. at the begging when claptrap finds you he’s talking but I can’t hear any dialogue also no subtitles pop up. is anyone else experiencing this? I tried deleting it and dloading again i used rapidshare (did anyone else get it from those links) but it didn’t fix it.

Once downloaded just copy the FOLDER ‘English(US)’ and paste it into Borderlands 2 – WillowGame – CookedPCConsole. There are no files/folders to overwrite, just copy the folder, paste it in and you should see it just like the ‘Spanish(Spain)’ folder.
Fixed mine perfectly – now the player has normal sounds (jump, grunts, etc) and the NPCs have voices.

The game works perfectly, played for 30 minutes without any issues. Follow these steps to avoid any issues,
1. Download the game.
2. Download the English Language pack from here : http://BillionUploads.com/2zf72z0jb4ct/BL2EN.rar.html
3. Download the crack from here

Copy them to the selective folders and done.
Put the TWO sound files WillowGame/CookedPCConsole/English(US) folder. If there is no “English(US), then you must create it first!, then you can place the two audio files inside.

If you have the first version of Borderlands that Skidrow released(Premiere club, 5,13gb) and this one, just copy folder CookedPCConsole into the new version and all dialogues should work.

First of all, this unlocked full version works for me. All I did was unrar all 6 parts, used the crack from Skidrow’s MP-COOP link, and fired up the game. I did not run into any of the problems everyone has been complaining about (basesparks.ini, language, audio, subtitles, etc.) but I did download the Borderlands 2 English Audio Files (you can Google that yourself) and just paste that into your Willow/CookedPCConsole folder and you will begin to hear Claptrap talking in the very first mission. Before downloading those files, I still had subtitles in the beginning cut scene, but download those two English audio files and follow the directions where to put them. It really can not be any simpler than this. THe majority of the time people complain games don’t work for them is because their system has underlying problems from previous stupidity because I have NOT run into any problems with games I’ve downloaded from Skidrow. No joke.

To change lagnuage edit the file 3DMGame.ini in ….\win32 folder, open it and edit the line with “Language=italian” (or what you want of course!)

Oy gangstas if your having trouble with the sound make a txt file in the engine/config folder. You need to make the file basesparks.ini . I know somebody already posted this solution but i think a lot of people saw the existing file of basespark.ini and didnt notice theres an S missing…… Changing this should fix the lack of sound at the main menu and in game….
