Diablo III Collectors Edition 2012 SERVER EMULATOR V4 LAN ACT I

When Deckard Cain returns to the ruins of Tristram Cathedral seeking clues to defeat new stirrings of evil, a fiery harbinger of doom falls from the heavens, striking the very ground where Diablo once entered the world. This fire from the sky reawakens ancient evils and calls the heroes of Sanctuary to defend the mortal world against the rising powers of the Burning Hells once again.

Two decades have passed since the demonic lords, Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal, set out across the world of Sanctuary on a vicious rampage, twisting humanity to their unholy will. Yet for those who battled the Prime Evils, the memory fades slowly.

Explore fully realized realms of Sanctuary – the living, breathing gothic fantasy world of Diablo III – rendered in gorgeous 3D.
Battle the unholy forces of the Burning Hells with all-new character classes such as the otherworldly Witch Doctor, or with re-imagined warriors from Diablo’s past, like the powerful Barbarian.

This is not a solution, if you are trying to run Diablo III.exe then it will update and the moege won’t work so think again. The biggest problem is with the checkponits…if you can manage this out it will be amazing, anyway you are the kings of hacking, thanks for everything you’ve done.

you can download offline patch from http://patchup.info/d3/manual-update/ ,you have to update your Diablo 3 manually. please read the INSTRUCTION carefully in the site and you only need to update until version 1.0.3 (1.0.3.10057)…and DO NOT DELETE any files before version 1.0.3 (1.0.3.10057)

update your Diablo 3 installation by clicking the shortcut on your desktop. Diablo 3 will open and will update automatically. After updating, copy ALL of your Diablo 3 installation (usually from C:\Program files(x86)\games\Diablo III) the paste it inside the mooege folder. Then download this:– http://www.gamefront.com/files/21864059/Diablo_III_1_0_3_10057_update_Win_zip. Extract the files and copy ALL the extracted files to Diablo 3 folder (which is now inside the mooege folder). Merge/replace all the files at every prompt. That should do it.

Fix 1 worked for me !!!!

    Fix #1

Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services

Scroll down and find “Secondary Logon”

    Right Click > Properties

Change it from ‘Disabled’ to ‘Automatic’

Run your Diablo 3 setup as administrator and it should quickly go through Updating Setup Files and bring you to an install screen. Congratulations, your game now (hopefully) works! If this solved your issue, spread it around.

the emulators required that mooege folder should be in drive c: and Diablo 3 folder should be inside mooege folder, there’s no other way around, unless there’s a new emulators with new or editable path. In the meantime the path should be C:\Mooege\Diablo 3. If your Diablo 3 folder is a collectors editon, (C:\Program Files (x86)\games\Diablo.III.Collectors.Edition), like mine, you should rename it to Diablo III.

Yes you do, go to the Mooege folder and open config.ini, locate the part that says “MPQRoot=C:\Mooege\Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs” and replace to “MPQRoot=D:\Mooege\Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs”

Try this… let the launcher update to the latest version, then download this http://www.gamefront.com/files/21864059/Diablo_III_1_0_3_10057_update_Win_zip and extract the files to the Diablo III folder, then go to “Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\base\” and delete the files d3-update-base-10235 and d3-update-base-10485, then go to Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\, open your language folder (“enUS” or “enGB” for example) and delete d3-update-xxxx-10235.MPQ and d3-update-xxxx-10485.MPQ, then go to Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Win\ and delete d3-update-Win-10235.MPQ and d3-update-Win-10485.MPQ, finnaly you go to Diablo III\Updates\, delete all files there, download this http://ak.worldofwarcraft.com.edgesuite.net/d3-pod-retail/NA/8370.direct/Updates/d3-0-10057-Win-final.MPQ and move it to that folder.

to avoid files being left behind when copying, copy ALL of your Diablo 3 installation (usually from C:\program files (x86)\games\Diablo III) and paste it inside mooege folder.

    • Vicrato (17 Jul 2012)
Reply Thumb up 1 Thumb down 0

No that’s not the solution, the MPQs folder must be inside “C:\Mooege\Diablo III\Data_D3\PC” you just need to move the Diablo III folder inside “C:\Mooege” (create the folder if it doesn’t exist) and rename it to “Diablo III” if you don’t have it by that name.

    • JunioR (17 Jul 2012)

I already made this post before, this one has some corrections.

    1.- Download the emulator
2.- Extract the “Mooege” Folder inside C: (not the “v4emultor”)
3.- Copy or move the “Diablo III” folder inside the “Mooege” folder (rename to “Diablo III” if you don’t have it by that name).
It would end up like “C:\Mooege\Diablo III”
4.- If you don’t have 1.0.3.10057 you need to update to the latest version, open the launcher and let it update automatically, then download this:
    http://www.gamefront.com/files/21864059/Diablo_III_1_0_3_10057_update_Win_zip
Extract the files to the “Diablo III” folder, replace the files
5.- Go to “C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc”, open the “hosts” file with notepad (or any text editor) and add these lines at the end:
    127.0.0.1 us.actual.battle.net
    127.0.0.1 eu.actual.battle.net
    127.0.0.1 enGB.nydus.battle.net
6.- Go to “C:\Mooege\Diablo III ip Injector\bin” and delete “HostsEditor.exe” (this is just to avoid problems)
7.- Go to “C:\Mooege\Diablo III ip Injector” and follow step 4 in the article (Run desired gameplay.
    ie. Single Player)
    8.- Login with:
    Battle.net Account Name: test@
    Password: 123456

If the game still wants to update, make sure you deleted “HostsEditor.exe” and check the “hosts” file for the battle.net entries, if they aren’t there, put them and try again, if they are there, you may be in another region and need to add another entry.

If it doesn’t want to update but you can’t login, you need to make sure the game folder is called “Diablo III” and is inside “Mooege”, if this is not the problem, try executing “Bnet.Patcher.exe” inside “C:\Mooege\BnetPatcher” when the game is opened at the logon screen, also check if the game version is 1.0.3.10057, if not follow step 4 again.

Like this and tell me if it didn’t work.

    • Keel (18 Jul 2012)
Reply Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0

It still doesnt work, when aply the patch 10057 it again asks you for updating the game to the last version, and if you do so it doesn`t let you play because is the new version again and the password and the users name are not valid.

      • Vicrato (20 Jul 2012)
Reply Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0

Check the “hosts” file for the battle.net entries, they prevent the game from updating, if they are not there repeat step 5 and try again (if they disappear again, make sure you deleted “HostsEditor.exe”), if they are there you may be in another region and need to add another entry.

Go to “C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc”, open the “hosts” file with notepad (or any text editor) and add these lines at the end of the file:
      127.0.0.1 us.actual.battle.net
      127.0.0.1 eu.actual.battle.net
      127.0.0.1 enGB.nydus.battle.net

    I got this:
    1: I installed diablo III
    2: I installed the emulator
3: I copied the Diablo emulator for the folder (C: \ Mooege \ Diablo III) and not C: \ v4emulator \ Mooege \ Diablo III. It is necessary that the Mooege is in the root directory C:
4: Go to “C: \ Windows \ System32 \ drivers \ etc” and open the hosts file by adding at the end of the file: 127.0.0.1 us.actual.battle.net
    127.0.0.1 eu.actual.battle.net
    127.0.0.1 enGB.nydus.battle.net
5: Go to the site “http://www.gamefront.com/files/listing/pub2/Diablo_3/Official_Patches”
and download the patch 1.03 (not the version 1.03b). Copy the files in their proper places.
    6: Download the update: “http://www.gamefront.com/files/21864059/Diablo_III_1_0_3_10057_update_Win_zip”
      and replace everything.
7: Go to “C: \ Mooege \ ip Injector Diablo III” and Single Player.

This way solved the black screen after the update “Diablo_III_1_0_3_10057_update_Win_zip.”

    Sorry for bad English.

      I forgot:
In step 4 I deleted the “C: \ Mooege \ ip Diablo III Injector \ bin \ HostsEditor.exe” as clarified by Vicrato just above.

And I used to login the user “test@” and password “123456″

to update you diablo 3 manuall
    1. check your version of diablo 3 base on your ‘base file’ in your mpq folder
    2. if your diablo 3 version is 1.0.1 (1.0.1.9558) then download some files from http://patchup.info/d3/manual-update/ until 1.0.3 (1.0.3.10057) all files need to be downloaded and applied in your diablo 3 instalation folder.

Hello! This server emulator is definitely working, me and a friend connected just fine. It’s obviously still buggy, some items can’t be picked up, seems like they bugged through the floor. I’m not sure how far you can go in the emulator, but it seems to be working ok. A few suggestions, get the items you spawn with at the beginning to work, fix the drop rates for the released version, the server acts up sometimes and will speed up randomly and slow down randomly. Monsters are a little bit laggy, so is the response time when you deploy skills and such. You can walk through some walls which is odd but I’m sure can be fixed soon. Other than that you guys are doing a good job so far and I commend you for your work. :3

Reply Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0

I did all the steps as explained at the beginning this way:

      download

      SERVER EMULATOR V4
      http://rapidshare.com/files/2561047437/v4emultor.rar

      Diablo III 1.0.3 (build 10057)
      http://www.gamefront.com/files/21864059/Diablo_III_1_0_3_10057_update_Win_zip

      then
run and update normal Diablo III louncher .

      when the game is updated…
Extracted file SERVER EMULATOR V4 “mooege” to the root of drive C:\
“if you dont have space in C: use EASEUS Partition Master 9.1.1 Home Edition to transfer more memory from one partition to another ”

      http://www.partition-tool.com/personal.htm

Copy or move Diablo III folder inside the extracted “mooege” folder. C:\mooege\Diablo III

unrar Diablo III 1.0.3 (build 10057) and replace files in C:\Mooege\Diablo III

      now…
go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and open file “hosts” with notepad and copy
      127.0.0.1 us.actual.battle.net
      127.0.0.1 eu.actual.battle.net
      127.0.0.1 enGB.nydus.battle.net

      save and close.

go to C:\Mooege\Diablo III ip Injector run “Server” wait until all is done an then run “sigle player”

and thats it, hope this can help!!!

okay this is what i did: somewhat similar from above instructions: but this worked a 100% for me
    1. Extract file to the root of drive C:\
ie. C:\xxxx (so you will have C:\mooge
    2. Copy or move your Diablo III folder inside the extracted folder.
ie. C:\MOOGE\Diablo III ( by the way you should Do a clean install. DO NOT UPDATE!! cause if you do you will come up to a black screen, remember this emulator only works for version 10057 not version 10485 which is the latest, okay
    3. you need to download this http://www.gamefront.com/files/service/thankyou?id=21874196
then extract to diablo 3 folder
    4. then this http://www.gamefront.com/files/21864059/Diablo_III_1_0_3_10057_update_Win_zip
again extract it to diablo 3 folder
    5. follow this steps from vicrato:
Go to “C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc”, open the “hosts” file with notepad (or any text editor) and add these lines at the end:
    127.0.0.1 us.actual.battle.net
    127.0.0.1 eu.actual.battle.net
    127.0.0.1 enGB.nydus.battle.net
    6. from “C:\Mooege\Diablo III ip Injector\bin” delete “HostsEditor.exe”
    7. Open Diablo III ip Injector inside Mooege folder.
    8. Run desired gameplay.
    ie. Single Player
    9. Login using test@ with password 123456
    then that should do it..
oh yeah, if you have diablo 3 collectors edition folder change it to Diablo III

these are the steps that worked for me… and i want to share in detailed, exhaustive manner:

Assuming that you have already installed Diablo III, have this 2 files ready —
      A. emulator — (http://rapidshare.com/files/2561047437/v4emultor.rar)
      B. ver. 10057 patch — (http://www.gamefront.com/files/21864059/Diablo_III_1_0_3_10057_update_Win_zip

      1. reboot your computer to safe mode (by pressing F8 while pc is rebooting) then edit your hosts file. (C:windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) add these lines at the bottom
      127.0.0.1 eu.actual.battle.net
      127.0.0.1 us.actual.battle.net
      127.0.0.1 enGB.nydus.battle.net
      save then reboot again.

      2. extract the emulator on your desktop (you will have a folder v4emulator on your desktop) open it and you will find the folder Mooege — move it to C: (you will have C:Mooege)

      3. locate your Diablo III installation folder, (usually in C: program files(x86)\games\Diablo.III) and move it inside Mooege. (will take about a second). Whatever the folder’s name (mine is Diablo.III.Collectors.Edition), rename it to Diablo III. (you will now have C:Mooege\Diablo III)

      4. Extract the ver. 10057 patch to desktop (or wherever you find it easy). Copy all the extracted files namely: Bnet(folder), InspectorReporter(folder), Diablo III Launcher(exe), and Diablo III(exe) and place them inside Diablo III folder (which is inside mooege). Merge/replace every files at prompt. (this is important– you only have to click ‘yes’ for folders and ‘copy and replace’ for files.

      5. Next open Diablo III ip Injector folder inside mooege folder, (C:\Mooege\Diablo III ip Injector) and double-click the Server (wait till you see the “Game-Server is listening on 0.0.0.0:1999…)

      6. Then, double click the Single Player and you’re on!

      7. Finally log on with test@ and 123456

final note: Don’t click on Diablo III or Diablo III Launcher, if you do, it will auto update and you will not be able to play… all you need is click the ‘Single Player’ (inside Diablo III Ip Injector, which is inside Mooege, which is in C:)

I have downloaded, installed and followed all the instructions fully. The game launches, and runs fine except for some serious gameplay stuff: It appears the drops are all really high level everywhere, I am getting level 60+ items from monsters, which I obviously can’t wield. The game also crashes on vendor menu, and doesn’t save progress. These are all directly related to the server. This is almost certainly my fault, I am launching with the single player.bat as the instructions specify. Any tips?

click on the lower left in-game chat icon. click on test or party the type !levelup on the chat box. You could do that several times. That way you woud level up until you reach the loot level and finally use them. OR — if you can’t wait, just type !levelup 60 and you’ll never have to type again. You will level up even if you are only walking or standing.

    My problem:
    1. I have patched host file and see the “Game-Server is listening on 0.0.0.0:1999… but I cannot play the Diablo 3, everytime I run Ip injector single player Diablo 3 turn into ”Failed to locate battle.net.dll…” in the console…so how to connect the Diablo 3 to he localhost?

i can’t say more than i posted. I have followed the same instructions on several computers and i always have a go in one shot. Never had any issue (except for the fact that the “emulated game” doesn’t work perfectly).

You could at least install visual express (http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9709939) and sqlite (http://www.sqlite.org/download.html). They are needed by emulators. Then follow steps from #4. Hope this will help.

    1.- Download the emulator
2.- Extract the “Mooege” Folder inside C: (not the “v4emultor”)
3.- Copy or move the “Diablo III” folder inside the “Mooege” folder (rename to “Diablo III” if you don’t have it by that name).
It would end up like “C:\Mooege\Diablo III”
4.- If you don’t have 1.0.3.10057 you need to update to the latest version, open the launcher and let it update automatically, then download this:
    http://www.gamefront.com/files/21864059/Diablo_III_1_0_3_10057_update_Win_zip
Extract the files to the “Diablo III” folder, replace the files
5.- Go to “C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc”, open the “hosts” file with notepad (or any text editor) and add these lines at the end:
    127.0.0.1 us.actual.battle.net
    127.0.0.1 eu.actual.battle.net
    127.0.0.1 enGB.nydus.battle.net
6.- Go to “C:\Mooege\Diablo III ip Injector\bin” and delete “HostsEditor.exe” (this is just to avoid problems)
7.- Go to “C:\Mooege\Diablo III ip Injector” and follow step 4 in the article (Run desired gameplay.
    ie. Single Player)
    8.- Login with:
    Battle.net Account Name: test@
    Password: 123456

click on the lower left in-game chat icon. click on test or party the type !levelup on the chat box. You could do that several times. That way you woud level up until you reach the loot level and finally use them. OR — if you can’t wait, just type !levelup 60 and you’ll never have to type again. You will level up even if you are only walking or standing.

I got the game to work. Have seen replies say at least can play till see the Queen. But for me since game start, Hero has no item to use to attack. Items drop are too high lvl to use. And there’s hardly monsters seen after passing the town gate. Can’t sell items to Merchant in town. Met Lea in the Tavern, then she scream say the injured changing, but the game stuck there as the injured did not change to let me kill them… lots of other bugs..

I would like those that can get the game working to reply how’s their gaming experience?? Is it me only getting such bad gameplay?? Or something wrong with the way I activate the game??

Hey it’s saying the game needs to update please help
    I followed Smallys advice

    “1.- Download the emulator

3.- Copy or move the “Diablo III” folder inside the “Mooege” folder (rename to “Diablo III” if you don’t have it by that name).

    8. then go to Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\, open your language folder (“enUS” or “enGB” for example) and delete d3-update-xxxx-10235.MPQ and d3-update-xxxx-10485.MPQ,
    9. then go to Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Win\ and delete d3-update-Win-10235.MPQ and d3-update-Win-10485.MPQ,
    10. finnaly you go to Diablo III\Updates\, delete all files there, download this http://ak.worldofwarcraft.com.edgesuite.net/d3-pod-retail/NA/8370.direct/Updates/d3-0-10057-Win-final.MPQ and move it to that folder.
11.- Go to “C:\Mooege\Diablo III ip Injector” and follow step 4 in the article (Run desired gameplay.
    ie. Single Player)
    12..- Login with:
    Battle.net Account Name: test@
    Password: 123456″

For STEP 4 – It will not allow me to edit the “hosts” file, says I need administrator permission (I am the administrator and only user, dont understand). Is this causing the error?

I launch the game via the “Single Player” from the “DIablo III Ip Injector” folder and when I try to log in with “test@” it connects to battlenet and says it needs to update?

    Can anyone help?

Guys, sorry for this, but I’ve followed every tutorial possible here in these comments, but unffourtunatly the game keeps updating itself to the last version.
Even after replacing the updated files for the version 10057 and deleting or not the updated files referents jus of the versions after the 10057, the game, when prompt to run makes this: First it runs itself and asks again to instal, but when I click to install it says it’s not possible, then a run it again, changing nothing, and the game updates itself again… over and over….
    Any ideas,?! Any one!?
    Thanks!

    re: Mark23

If you follow the instructions I quoted above it should work out for you

I recommend re-installing and starting over following those instructions

    ——————————————————————————————-

I’m having my own problem now if anyone could help would be great-

The game is crashing if I click on someone in town with a symbol that looks like a bag of gold.

My character is finding items everywhere but can’t equip any of them and dies very easily. It’s also seems to be stuck on level 2 and the experience resets to the beginning lvl 2 seemingly randomly while gaining experience.

How do you buy weapons or sell the ones you find? Everything I find is too high of a level for me to equp. I have all this gold but no where to buy weapons. I see someone to “forge weapons” but you need “scrap” and when I try to scrap the stuff I find it says I cant lol

    Any help would be appreciated

If you did all the things right, diablo should run. I followed Smally’s instruction and now Diablo works for me.
ATTENTION! If you have black screen, then just wait a few minutes. After short pause game menu should appear.
