This is NOT a game update patch, it just adds more content to the game.
I have FINALLY found the fix for the game crashing at the Capcom Logo intro scene.
Solution 1:
1. Download the “xinputemu3.zip” file (XBOX 360 Controller emulator v3.0) from the link below:

hey skidrow boss im download the crack and try it but it did’nt work, game crashes during the cutscene where the ferris wheel gets torn down, and dante gets his jacket. It usually crashes during the news report section of the cutscene. i m delete the cutscene and trying play the game but as a same problem please fix it quick and upload the crash fix file, other wise our downloading file is fully lost, please fix it?

All of you ****** need to stop complaining and blaming the game for your own issues.
GET AN ACTUAL 360 CONTROLLER and stop trying to bypass using one just because you think your controller is great. Games are built to work with official 360 CONTROLLERS ONLY. NOT PS2, NOT LOGITECH, NOT STEERING WHEELS, NOTHING BUT 360 CONTROLLER.
I do not give a shit if you can use 360 vibe mod, or some other 3rd party program. If you want the game to work with a controller no problems then GET A REAL FUCKING CONTROLLER. Instead of trying to band aid the problem. If none of you complaining about this shit have figured it out by now that ONLY 360 controllers work flawlessly, then you’re too stupid to be playing games to begin with.
Seriously if you’re not using an official wired 360 controller, then SHUT THE FUCK UP AND STOP COMPLAINING.
Hi. I can’t install the game. I use XP (SP3) and my config is exactly between the minimum and the recommended requirements (there is absolutely nothing below the minimum in my config). I use Alcohol 120% for mounting image files (I don’t like Daemon tools) and have never had any problem with this program, it works perfectly. Finally I have updated the latest Catalyst driver. I still get error message if I start setup.exe (Access denied). Any idea what could be the problem? Please help. I really love the franchise and have waited it for sooo long time.
The MOST likely cause for an “Access Denied” message is an anti-virus/ security suite BLOCKING the file.
Try this:
Disable anti-virus/ security suite to install smoothly (on my first install of the game AVG Internet Security 2013 interrupted and stopped my install just when it was almost finished, turned it off temporarily to re-install, it worked).
IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF your firewall too!
Thank you for your help. I tried to install the game with disabled antivirus but it did not solve the problem. I tried it with unplugged internet cable and disabled antivir+firewall too but I still got the error message. Sorry for disturbing you guys with game problems as I have noticed that discussions here are about the DLC. I even tried to start the setup.exe manually because sometimes the autorun doesn’t work while the setup file does manually, I experienced that (still got the same error). Anyway thank you for help.

This game provided here (including all downloads and DLCs) is for PC ONLY. There is NO DMC Devil May Cry game release for the PS3 console (to download and play) currently available on this website.
If you want PS3 games: look for the word “PS3” in the title of the post of the game. If there is no console specified in the title of the post then the game is for the PC (also confirm this by looking at the picture of the game cover in the main post, it says which platform the game is for).
