i don’t have any fps problem with i5 2500 GTX 570 and 8Gb ram on Ultra 1920*1080.
You don’t have 1GB vram ,sli doesn’t double the vram speed.But the game should run fine with your specs.
I´ve readen at nvidia forum´s about it. It seems that you have to disable AA to get solid 60fps.
There are people with an i7 3790k, a gtx 690 and still, with low fps. You should give that a try :)

How many files can a contact or I myself download from my account?
A contact from your contact list can download as many files as he likes. Always provided that you shared the files or folders with that contact or supplied him with the direct download link. You can also download your own files without any limitations.
I get the error message: Public Traffic exhausted
The owner of the file has no more Public Traffic, therefore no files from that customer can be downloaded. At 00:00 CET, the Public Traffic will be reset and you can start downloading files from him again.
What is Group Traffic?
When I share one of my folders with a contact from my account, and this person is downloading files from this folder (or copy it with RapidSave) or downloads something from me using a direct download link, this Traffic is counted as Group Traffic. Group Traffic is unlimited.
What is Public Traffic?
Public Traffic is the traffic amount which you need, if you offer files to download . If someone is downloading your files, he is creating Public Traffic. This Traffic is deducted from your daily Traffic. When someone copied the file with RapidSave into his own RapidShare account, it will also be counted as Public Traffic. You got 30 GB Public Traffic per day. If one of your contacts downloads files from you, it will be counted as Group Traffic which is unlimited.
What is Self Traffic?
If you download your own files, we call this Self Traffic.
