whenever I exit out of the game and go back in all saves are GONE!!! and I even save multiple times outside missions and when I go to main menu the saved slot appears but when i restart game it’s all gone!!! someone having this same issue???? how can it be fixed??
Try restart your computer and start new game – worked for me. And I am playing with -offline parameter – may help too.
Use the lang launcher with the same directx every time and u dont lost the save.
Could you be more specific? I’ve tried quite a few things so that the game doesn’t eat my save… Doesn’t help that the start is so damn long…
save game problem? Here’s the solution… Right click on the
shortcut (If you dont have create one) and then click properties
You may see on the target box “E:Far Cry 3FarCry 3binfarcry3.exe”. Add
-offline to it. It should be looking like this “E:Far Cry 3FarCry
3binfarcry3.exe” -offline or just copy this and paste it in the target box.

Cant run FC3Udater, “Failed to start the game. Cannot find essential information in the registry.” I replaced the .exe’s with the original files provided by skidrow and have done the steps three times. I am pretty sure that the prob is the FC3updater, any suggestions? Also the damn crack for SP wont download, getting to 57 MB then stopping WTF?

frame rate on this game is bad im having to play on low just to get 30 plus frame rate anyone eles having problem?
maybe you need better graphics. usually frame rate isn’t an all around problem.
I had the same problem, I don’t have the best pc but I can even paly battlefield 3 with better framerate than this game …
I found that if you go to the advanced video options (where you change textures, shadows, shading and all that) CHANGE POST FX TO LOW, I did that and I could finally play the game with more FPS, I can even change all the other options to HIGH and the framerate stays almost the same

1. Make shortcut on desktop
2. Right click on shortcut and go to “properties”

Followed instructions very carefully, moved to root, added original files, then un-installed uplay, installed new version, copied the uplay crack and so….
followed it up to the end.
Now i open farcry3.exe it opens uplay screen. click go to game, asks for key, click ok. then click play button.. synchronising, game running… Failed to start the game. Cannot find essential information in the registry
Tested online and it’s work 100% and don’t think the game freeze at loading it just thee ubisoft lubby is a stupid idea cause it take a long time to find player

To all with the save game trubble i fixed myne by going into the My documents and then the my games and then far cry 3 and then I edited that file .. Look for the Autosave = “1″ and make it Autosave =”0″ then the game can save but it will not auto save :) hoop it helps you guys :)

Don’t waste your time downloading any Skidrow releases for Far Cry 3, saved games won’t load. Unless you like starting over a whole bunch.

I applied the multiplayer.. it works fine, but the game is extremely laggy!!!!
1) Download the game and extract it
2) In the game folder > go to Support folder > install: DirectX (DXSETUP.exe) and both files in VCRedist folder
3) Rename the main game folder to FarCry3 (WITHOUT spaces!)
4) Place the game folder in the root of your harddisk (Example: C:\FarCry3)
5) If you have Uplay installed, remove it completely (Dont forget to remove the Uplay folder!)
6) Download the latest version of Uplay (Here: http://uplay.ubi.com/en-GB/)
7) Install Uplay, register an account and login (DO NOT fix YET!)
8) In Uplay click your username, and click “Go Offline”. Then close Uplay and make sure it’s NOT running!

9) Copy the 4 fixed files into the Uplay folder, overwrite everything! (Default folder: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\”)

For the problem of saves: if you follow the guide on this article MP\COOP CRACK, and you start the game with the cracked Uplay, you will not have problems with savegames. I had the same problem but now i have solved with this procedure !

i had the steam006 version and when i updated the patch(the installtion aborted) with the crack my save was deleted! and when i try to play online i get warning message. and somehow i dont know how the version of the game is 1.01(i dont know why the installation was aborted)

Does the Mp-Fix works for any language? If I edit the regfile and change english into italian,everything wll work smoothly?Also editing the regfile with the exact installation path will allow people to install FarCry 3 where they want ?

The savegame issue is due to missing registry entry and/or error in fc3updater. i’ve solved this looking at the entry required from launcher and adding them manually

People every step have his guide Download the Reloaded Release like it said then install uplay ( if u have it before uninstall then install again and make a new account if u already have 1 ) Then download the mp fix and READ the instruccions that come with it i’m already playing online !
For the saves problems, just run the game in admin mode, and your saves gonna write, but you lost the old ones, that happens to me, bye.

Anyone having black screen problems?? after a while, mostly 10min the screen flips black and crashes the pc. I have to reset. Sometimes i can play longer then an hour. I have great fps no complaines, aslong the game works it runs fantastic. Also ive done the update after installed the game. Is there anyone who had the same problems and resolved them? I have no crosshairs when zooming with the sniper rifles & bow.. making them all completely useless & as there is a mission where you MUST use the sniper rifle, I can’t proceed beyond that point.

Somebody knows where is the savegame file location? some people says it’s on C:/Program Data/Orbit/46 but i don’t have any folder called Orbit. Also when i choose a different directx on the language selector my saves are not there. Why does this happen?

thanks guy and all the people who work in this games.. i just downloaded and the first problem was the 00142.. then realize the file`s from crack folder goes to ubisoft launcher.. then other of the problems was didn`t reconice the non-key from uplay but i download uplay-steam fix from game copy world and it worked… :D i just killed the golden tigger…. thanks and congratulations all of the stuff who worked.. for people like me who just in the other side of the world and this games don`t go so far.. :(

The multiplayer crack work with the blackbox repack. just be sure to download the original file before!!

When I sell stuff on FC3 sometimes the game stops and I have to restart the game again! Anyone have this problem? Any help to solve this problem? Thank you! Sorry for my bad english!

OK! So I DLed, installed, updated, then cracked the game. I played for a bit then after the 2nd mission the game crashed, so I went and got something to eat. Just loaded it up again and now I can’t seem to play at all, the only thing I can do is Quit. I would really love to play this game… Any help would rock!
