   I have faced two problems while launching the game….. one is direct x11 issue… other one is when I double click the HMA the game doesn’t launch… I solved this two problems……installed windows 7 sp1…. yes the game needs sp1…. installed latest directx 11 version… installed steam client… then launched the game… it runs smoothly.

     i have just solved this problem yesterday no need to update your windows
     just right click my computer then go to properties then advance settings then u will see ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES then system variables scroll down find PATH double click it then change it to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 it works for me. sorry for the bad english haha :)

   All my drivers updated. DirectX 11 and Steam already installed. I cracked the game properly. But game is not starting. I click the icon but nothing happens. I tried to run game as admin. Do i need to download the game updates ? or language pack ? Could someone please tell me what to do.

    who downloaded skidrow hitman absolution thing u have to do is that
    1. download steam client in order let the game run (BEX issue)
    2. adjust your sound to 44100Hz (to solve no sound in cutscene issue)

    currently i run in 1.0.433.1 version

    first i downloaded the game and apply the crack.
    Everything works however the problem starts after the first introduction movie scene (the tutorial ice cream truck and everything) anyway there is NO SOUND and when i try to press W and move I get like an audio static sound ZiZIZI and then the whole game starts lagging every few 1 seconds. I can move and everything but I cant play the game because it keeps freezing for 1 second then unfreezes again. please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    2> Copy over cracked content from iso to install directory
    3>block hitman exe on firewall and add exception in your anti virus.

    forget everything try this solution………………..

    Go to Start, right-click on “Computer” and select properties.
    Then select “Advanced system settings”
    Click on the “Environment Variables” button

    Under System Variables scroll down until you find “Path”
    Double click on it and at the end of the text in there add in the
    Variable Value section:
    “;C:\Windows\SysWOW64″ (the ; is used as a separator)

    Click OK on both windows and you’re done!

    Hey man. First off. Thanks. The game is awesome. I really appreciate it. Second thing is, does the contracys mode work on this cracked version? I’ve even tried reating my own contract and saving that but when I go to choose my created contracts. It displays no contracts found. I would be greatful if you could let me know if it’s possible with this version or if I can do anything to solve this issue. Thanks again.

      fix for hitman absolution crack
      first install steam but don’t sign in after that rename the HMA.exe file to HITMAN ABSOLUTION.exe this worked for me
      hope this works for everyone enjoy!!!

    Just to clarify the torrent is completely unresponsive when loaded through steam.
    I have Windows 7 Sp1 and Directx 11 working, followed instructions in this thread to the letter but it still doesn’t work.

    Just to let everyone who is having the problem of clicking on the game and nothing happening
    download this crack fix – http://kat.ph/hitman-absolution-skidrow-t6838269.html add it to the game installation folder, open the new crack folder and let the patch install then start the game. Worked for me after everything else! (by the way this game is fucking terrible an absolute disgrace to the rest of the hitman series DO NOT BUY THIS GAME)

    If your game doesn’t start when double clicking, follow these steps:
    1) Make sure your GPU (Nvidia or ATI) is fully up to date. If it isn’t, update it on their website.
    2) Make sure you’ve downloaded it correctly: Pausing the part while downloading can cause several errors which may lead to the game not opening. Leave the computer overnight and let it download.
    3) Download Steam. I’m not actually sure if this is really necessarily needed but still, just download for the heck of it.
    4) Still doesn’t work? Update your Windows or just by the game :3

    I have installed the game and upgraded to 1.0444 ver and copyed the crack, and its loadeds the game but I try to start the first mission and it crashes. WHY? I blocked the game from the net, I run a I5 M 430 @ 2.27GHz and a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5165 1gb dedicated, So I can’t unstand why? Please Help???

      Ciao,ho riscontrato lo stesso problema con win8
      Ho installato steam e il gioco è partito. Non l’ho ancora provato,ma l’applicazione è rimasta aperta e ho visualizzato tutti i menù.Sicuramente potrai anche giocare.Fammi sapere se ti funziona!

    Hi guys.
    I’ve got a problem with the game.Everytime i click to start it errors me out saying “the application has failed to start correctly” and gives the error 0xc0000022.
    Everything is up to date and i double checked, latest gpu drivers, netframe, directx etc.

    The fix is easy.

    first install the game then copy SKIDROW file to the program files(install location)
    then install steam client(google it).Them copy steam to the file and run it with steam then enjoy!

    For those having Windows Vista 32bits, this game works !

    I have had problems as others when launching HMA.exe (“Data Execution Prevention is blocking HMA.Exe…” then the game crashes), but till I installed “Bioshock Infinite”, Hitman game works all of a sudden ! Big surprise !

    I think that it is because I modified DirectX (I installed the “directx_Jun2010_redist” folder distributed with Bioshock). As far as I remember, I already did this by updating DirectX from the Microsoft site but maybe something is different. With Windows, you never know…

    Also, even though my graphic card is not dx11 compatible, I updated to dx11 using D3D11Install_2010 folder also provided with Bioshock. Not sure this is necessary to run Hitman.
