I’ve installed the game but the character can’t move the only button working are:
ctrl,spacebar and right button of the mouse
In the menu it’s all ok but not when i’m playing…i’ve controlled in the button settings it’s all ok and the gamepad it’s disable…I’ve got Windows 7 64 bit.

I have a weird bug: I can’t move my character!
I downloaded and installed the game, all worked like a charm, but on first mission i’m just stuck and can’t move, can’t even rotate the camera. However the RMB works, beacuase I can actually aim with the gun….. Help please :)

Thanks to Adventures for your idea of turning on the controller option in the game settings to get the movements working. I did it and then moved around for a while using keys and I could then turn the controller setting off again and use keys normally. I also used the fixed .ini from one of the above posts just in case, but the game and keys seem to work fine now. Thanks for your help guys.

Este “Repack” es una mierda completa. No hay manera de hacer funcionar el mando, definitivamente toco descargar la versión Completa.

In case the help given from the others above didn’t work for you(NOTE1: I tried this with ps3 remote you can try it with other controllers but i am not sure if it will work)NOTE2:copy the reply from SOPA and paste it in your usersettings.ini (located in your game directory\src\system folder also make a copy of the .ini file in case you make a mistake and save without making sure you did it correctly) .SOPA thanks for the tip helped get mouse moving but for me not keyboard but it did get game pad left joystick working so i could walk with that. (1) Go to http://www.motioninjoy.com/ (2) download MotioninJoy ver 0.6.0005 or latest (3)install (4) when you open the program go to driver manager and put a check in the box next to your device and click load drive (5) on the bottom it should say please wait a moment then install driver start and after that a couple of things are listed and at the end it should say info load driver for port(your device port that you picked)completed. (6) go to home or local and go to custom and click create(right next to it) . (7)open I Am Alive game and go to controls settings and put use game pad on and then go to key mapping(this is for reference). (8) go back to custom and create option in motionjoy. (9) (these settings are my preference for this game) (A)set all left analog stick settings to gamepad axis which is chosen in the left dropdown box next to the button or analog stick on the gamepad being configured(B)these options will be in the right dropdown box *left stick up will be Y NEGATIVE *left stick right will be X POSITIVE *left stick down will be Y POSITIVE *left stick left will be X NEGATIVE. (B) set all right analog stick settings to mouse axis and set the axis to the right analog sticks direction example:right analog stick up will be mouse axis up. I download the game, but whenever i try to install the game, it show’s me 1603 fatal error problem, guys please help how to overcome from this problem…
Getting the same thing as jagdish above me. A few minutes into the installation, I get a popup telling me I don’t have enough disk space – but I do. It also says that 0.0kb of space is required at this point. Then if I just press ‘OK’ I get a popup that says ‘Error: -1603 Fatal Error During Installation’ or something along those lines.
Any fixes?

abel thanks for the controls followed urs but came across one problem climbing down? i set O to left ctrl but he wont drop down off things? how did you get him to hang off things once he has walked acroos a beam say then i have to climb down

Hi, i have a problem. I had download this game. then i had tried to install this game for first time. but it was failed. then i had tried again but it display a message like “The installer can not find any version of this game…….The setup will terminate” . what should i do now? pls help anyone
how to change the language from russian to english
when i click next by the terms and conditions i get an error saying: The setup has detected that no version of I am Alive is installed. The specified command-line options require that the application be installed to continue. its asking me to install the game before installing the game? wtf?
