corridors textures doesnt load and its imposible to complete the tutorial or build any building blindly beacuse of that :/
Heyo, I had the very same issue and it is a AMD setting problem. The issue is caused by the standsrd SmoothVision HD settings over the catalyst control center and here is how you can deactivate / avoid it for the game:
Enter your catalyst control center, enter Gaming –> 3D Application Settings and there create (+ Add) a new profile / game by choosing the Impire.exe.
Now click on this new created profile and and change every setting that says “Overrite application settings” to “Use application settings”. It is, depending on your catalyst version a drop down or a check box.
After you did this and saved the changes for the impire profile your game will run perfectly and you will be able to see the floor as intended.
so… what do i have to do exactly to mount this?
maybe start learning the most basic language

The game works perfectly, thanks Skidrow. Been playing it all day. Brings back memories of Dungeon Keeper and is way better than that garbage, Dungeons.
Campaign works fine as well. To the people having crashes and missing textures, check if your gfx card is supported or update your drivers. I’ve had no problems with this game and like I said, I’ve been playing all day.
Can’t go any futher than act 2 in campain mode. Anyone get pass that?

Hi , the game doesnt work for me .
I can launch campaign or skirmish and then i can play for 2 min then it stucks , i cannot play anymore , i can move the mouse but i cannot give orders or so on.

I had got same bug.
To avoid this, just put 2 player instead of one in the lobby right before the launch of the game.
Btw, sometime, each time I start a new chapter / act / next level, during the briefing speech, the PROCEED button doesn’t display or disappears. Somebody ‘d got same bug?
To answer “Comodo solution”, refusing net connection and accept DNS is a non sense. It the soft doesn’t reach distant server, it uses the DNS system.
Solution above and blocking all connections works great.

It’s kind a “dialog” problem, like the game doesnt manage to handle dialog script timing.
Another easyest way to solve this bug:
To avoid the problem, just start the mission and listen/read all the dialog of your advisor (sometime more than a try is necessary).
When your minions are blocked (sign that the game engine is freezing, just ALT+F4 to quit the game. Restart the mission and press the key to skip ALL dialogs (SpaceBar by default).
Most part of the time, you’ll recover commands and will be able to play.
Tested with Avast ON & game executable completly blocked by the firewall (net connection & HIPS)

In case someone doesn’t know how to install this – manually select one of the files with winrar and unpack them first.

Can You tell me how Can I start a multiplayer ?
So how exactly do I install this? Looked around on google and nothing worked. I joined all the files together and the file remaining didn’t have any .exe or .mdx tag on it that I could mount or execute. What am supposed to do with it?
Open Winrar or Zip7, go to the folder contains the files you downloaded from winrar , click on file with extension .001 and the chose extract to.

the campaign doesn’t work for me, if I start the campaign then it automatically goes to skirmish
Doesn’t seem to work properly in screen res 1024,768. seems like it only works in a widerscreened monitor (+ setting menu crashes when i try change)
for those who’s getting problems with “player 1 has left game” i had this shit pretty often with many versions of game…suddenly it seemd to fixd after modification of firewall (i use comodo) so this is what i did….dont let game go online…but when it asks something with dns what ever…accept this one….after that all seems going fine…hope this helps
Be carefull with this one……especially if youve got an asus black ice quad core setup
this game managed to refuse to exit on windows 8 and possibly caused a BIOS CRASH
IE
pc refusing to start by stopping at initial loader causing core and strap errors
if this happens to you
keep turning pc on and off till it dont hang press f2 and when win8 loads remove the game and use a registry cleaner then make a USB flash disk get a coppy of BIOS ROM on it and some how get pc to boot into removable devices first… when pc says NO OS take out flash disk and restart with any luck your pc will boot up and ask you to activate the fourth core ….good luck

I played for 1 hour then an error occurred saying index outside boundary array, then every time i click on the game to start it up it says: Unhandled exception. A crash dump has been generated. and doesnt start up.
i read about it, its some thing related to this release, and the version Impire 1.0.2.2 (patch) solve the problem.. so kindly Skidrow :( upload it soon

The game is ziped with 001, 002 … files. I unzip files with xtremsplit software and have a file flt-impr without extension.
Deamon tool cannot open it, how can i use this file?
