I got it working. For anyone having the same problem I was (DLC not appearing and/or game not loading) here’s the solution.
The installer wasn’t putting it in the right folders. It installed mine in a folder titled ‘mass effect 3′ located within the already existing ‘mass effect 3′ folder, effectively making subfolders which should really be in the main directory paths. So, I just moved all the files to where they should be and it worked. This is also the solution to people having the missing binkw32.dll file problems.
One thing though, the crack .exe didn’t work. However, using the cracked .exe I was already using before worked fine (this is using the ME3 deluxe +12 DLC version)

So I’m using the digital deluxe edition and it created another mass effect 3 folder inside the main “mass effect 3″ folder.. should it be installed in the main folder? of mass effect 3?? or it just doesnt work with the DDE (Digital Deluxe Edition) ???
You guys do realise that this DLC isn’t accesible to everyone right, you need to have done the ”Priority : Citadel” quest first.

anyone else having issues with the game hanging after joker comes to pick you up in the car? cant seem to get it to load past that point.
also, the exe in the rar file does NOT work. had to revert to my backup one from nosTEAM.
(appears to be the ORIGIN retail exe as it asks for you to reinstall origin.)
copied all the files from the archive to their respective folders, got it to load, got past the vault cutscene, then BAM! black screen after squad selection after the cutscene with joker. anyone got a bugfix, let me know asap. wanna finish this dlc soonish lol.

The doesnt work! After I install the DLC into the ME3 directory, I copy and replace the crack content over the binarieswin32 folder.I double click the cracked Masseffect3.exe and bam it doesnt start!

Seriously I’ve never seen so many whiners. You’re getting it for free and you friggin cry about it ? Whaaaahhh, it doesn’t work. Perhaps you shouldn’t be downloading torrents if you can’t troubleshoot basic issues. The solutions to fix the problems were posted multiple times. And seriously it says CITADEL DLC, not ALL DLC. Learn to read… God I have zero tolerance for stupidity…
