Better download the Reloaded release peeps. You cant change the speech to anything else than russian or english with this preload here, it doesnt matter what language pack you downloaded.
Only thing you can do is changing the menu and subtitles to your wanted language.
Download your language pack and put every file in Mass Effect 3/BIOGame/CookedPCConsole.
Now delete ‘BIOGame_RUS.tlk’.
Whatever language package you downloaded, rename your file into ‘BIOGame_RUS.tlk’.
Rename BIOGame_DEU.tlk to BIOGame_RUS.tlk for german subtitles and menus
BIOGame_ITA.tlk to BIOGame_RUS.tlk for italian subtitles and menus
BIOGame_ESP.tlk to BIOGame_RUS.tlk for spanish menus and subtitles
BIOGame_INT.tlk to BIOGame_RUS.tlk for complete english
BIOGame_FRA.tlk(could be also BIOGame_FRE.tlk) to BIOGame_RUS.tlk for french menus and subtitles
I did wat u said, and it works..
Full English voice as well as subtitles… Though there are some(very little) Russian still appear..
But it doesn’t interfere the gameplay or storytelling though..

Here is a quick fix to change Language from RUS to ENG permanently
Go into this folder -
MassEffect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole
Find and delete this file -
BIOGame_RUS.tlk
Rename this file -
BIOGame_INT.tlk
To this File Name -
BIOGame_RUS.tlk

To anyone with crashes on eden prime prothean dlc mission. When you are directed to find the room with video to the right of the prothean pod stasis. DON’T GO THERE. First go to the left part from the prothean pod stasis. Keep looking a building you have to open bypassing it. Enter the building and leave to a porch, turn right and you must enter other room that have a console that activates a video( this video is the continuation of the other part of the map that keeps crashing after viewing it)
Then go to the left part of the map after the stasis pod and go to the room similar with you entered with console to activate the video with proteans. Following this i didn’t have more crashes.
Even the legit users are having the same problems. I find this answer in the bioware forum. I believe that my explanation is better!
To those with the problem with subtitles in russian in the prothean dlc mission. I tried many solutions. The only that work for me its in the link below.

Than you extract in your ME3 root folder. You can enter in the main menu, extras, options, narrative and the you have all subtitles to change via game menu. No more renaming files!!!!

If you downloaded this release and your language pack(ita,ger,fra,pol,spa) and you still have problems to change the dialogues to any of these languages, use this language pack which unlocks the before greyed out subtitle and dialogue option in main menu options.

ARRRRRRRRRRR I downloaded the Mass.Effect.3.DLC.Unlocker-RELOADED i been playing for 13 hours 59 mins i was on horizon sanctuary mission.
I got up this morning 08/03/2012 and now the game says (the selected save game can not be loaded. the following downloadable content is missing ) has anybody had the same problem and how to fix it thanks for your help if you can so i do not have to start it all again
