Could anyone send me a save file if they have one similar to mine? I was a Sorceress with almost every level 5 skulled and I have 180 skulls in total. Even if it is a warmage that would be fine too. All I want are my completed levels, and my skulls.
Thanks
P.S
Be sure to back up your save every once and awhile or you’ll be ending up like me.
FLT Saves are in “C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Local\FLT\Steam\201790\remote”
I’m also having issues keeping my save files. A friend and I can play with zero issues but the moment I close out of Greenluma and start it back up again my profile is gone. If I close out of the game but leave greenluma up then I can go right back to where I left off. Also I cant seem to find any of the save files. I have no FLT folder on my appdata/local folder and its not in the steam install either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Well, I know that my steam saves are in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*random numbers*\41010\remote
and my FLT saves used to be in, but coincidentally, they’re gone too.
C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Local\FLT\Steam\201790\remote
I still have some of my older save files but it’s from about 6 hours less of gameplay than my lost one, horrible. Best of luck to the both of us.
Uhg, no matter what I do I cannot get my game to save after i quit out of greenluma. I have gone to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*random numbers*\41010\remote and watched the file size and date modified change as i create my profile. then backup the file, quit out of orcs must die 2 and greenluma, restart greenluma, delete the old data and put in the one I copied and restart orcs must die 2. NO EFFECT, it acts like im starting the game for the first time.
I then took a more extreme measure and redid the same process as before but instead I copied the entire userdata folder. once again no effect.
I then copied every file in greenluma/steam while it was open and tried the process again. No effect.
I played through the first level and looked at times files were being modified and the C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Local\FLT\Steam\201790\remote was never touched. The game never even accessed the profile.
I have uninstalled orcs must die 2, greenluma and steam and reinstalled all 3 with no effect.
Anyone have any thoughts?
I may have found a way
I had the same problem: lost saves ,lost settings… and i randomly played while using PeerBlock 1.1
(Which block some access for Valve corporation and some for Limelight network).
For the moment my save last even after stopping thegame, stopping greenluma and restarting my computer.
I hope this helps
Thanks for the reply!
I downloaded peerblock 1.1 and gave it a whirl but had no effect. Do you remember if you had any special settings? Did you only have P2P checked on the block list or did you have everything?
I downloaded PeerBlock here (if that was the question from Tuneup ^^) http://sourceforge.net/projects/peerblock/files/PeerBlock-Setup_v1.1_r518.exe/download
I activated all the lists (P2P, spyware, ad, educational) : for me it blocks more or less 40 IP from valve and limelight
Also i don’t think i had to change anything in steam itself (Synchronisation should be blocked by Peerblock)
Forget it, it’s not working anymore. My save is gone, as sone as i restart greenluma –’
I changed some steam settings and may have fixed the problem.
Use peerblock with the 4 lists active, ENABLE steamcloud sychronisation.
I may have fix my problem
Use peerblock with the 4 lists active and ENABLE steam cloud synchronisation
Thank you Morkoth495!!! Your suggestion worked for me!
Use peerblock with the 4 lists active, ENABLE steamcloud sychronisation.
