Don’t run the game from exe directly, or game will crash. Use the start or desktop icon.
The game did not come with a setup though, it was already extracted with 3 folders Crack, Painkiller Hell & Damnation and Steam folder. So there is no way to use icons except for the exe.
No matter how you open the game, it will crash.
Hmm.. I downloaded the previous release and, as it has no installer, I have no shortcuts.. I created one and it’s not working. And I just downloaded this crack, but it’s not working either. What to do?
The Installer dosent place any Start or shortcuts on desktop :(

I tried the new crack and still dont work….Not sure about your above comment sense the game does not have a installer. You just unpack it and copy crack and play. There is no Desktop Icon or Start menu icon unless you manually put a shortcut there, and it still dont work. Get the same error:

Works perfectly on max graphics although I’m only in the 1st level; will rip into it tonight when I get some time. Loved the original so much with BOoH (best game of mid last decade for sure!) and played thru it countless times so really been looking forward to this one. Go in Painkiller Hell & Damnation\PKHDGame\Config and open DefaultEngine.ini and search language and change RUS by INT or FRA
And launch revolt.bat
Pasarlo al Español: Solo editan el archivo DefaultEngine.ini que se encuentra en (… \ SteamApps \ common \ Hell Painkiller y Damnation \ PKHDGame \ Config \defaultengine) y buscan la linea “Language=” y agregan cualquiera de estos: CZE, DEU, ESN, FRA, HUN, INT, ITA, JPN, POL, RUS (Obviamente para ponerlo en Español hay que agregar solo ESN)

If you´ve downloaded THIS release (and not the Collector´s Edition from skidrowcracks), than you have – after extraction – an iso-file, which can be burned or mounted as usually. After installation there will be a desktop-shortcut that should work well (after pasting the crack, certainly). The parameters you must use to prevent crashing are -seekfreeloadingpcconsole -fullscreen. Then all should be fine!

I downloaded the repack version and after installing it,I read the NFO which tells you to use the KaOs.bat file in the binaries/win32 folder to strat the game and it works,hurray Don’t know if this is the same in this version but have a look…

OK I got it – it was only on the tutorial level. If I go onto the actual story it works fine.

how u crack the game??
extract it in the foder of the game,take the folder win32 on the crack (copy) and paxte in Binaries > win 32 then accept to replace it
go to the shortcut the game will run & enjoy
if your game crashes just start the game with the desktop shortcut or or the start menu shotcut and it should work
