Leon,the smaller file is just a zipped version,you have to unzip the game twice, the 1.2 gb version is a straight game dvd rip which will take twice as long to download !!!!
To use a gamepad you just have to find your game folder,click on the launcher icon then player and change from keyboard to game pad,hope that helps

excalibur, since in the game for many times you give the command does not work, is in the config folder of the game and are within keyboard. cfg and userconfig.cfg, and probably have to create a new document or edit any. thanks for replying

Click on the Launcher apllication icon,when the launcher opens clcik on player , then change keyboard to gamepad,finally click save settings and start game,voila the gamepad works,I know i have been playing it,if you can’t follow these simple instructions,go and buy the game !!!!

Enable v-synch in your desktop gfx settings before playing otherwise you will have issues with controllers
