People who got it to work sh0uld stop being only leechers and should start helping others who have trouble.
I downloaded everything , extracted everything. Added crack files to main folder. Now when i try to launch tesw only a black window appear and it get stuck.
If i run the main file it ask me for a serial key.

i would help but it would also help us if u actually told us which file u downloaded this or the previous one and then maybe we could help a bit.
if u refer to previous one that was on here a few days ago then u get pheonix beta 8 google it.
first mount the iso file with poweriso or other virtual drive open pheonix
click instruments>sidunpacker>instruments>updatecontentdescrptionrecord>internet
then u need to locate the sim file on the mounted iso via sim file box half way down on the pheonix program press scan a sim file. then click elders scrolls V:skyrim in the top orange box and click unpack
at end of extraction it may crash but this is ok just press continue. then when its done add the crack and click skyrim launcher and it works!

i got the previous version of Skyrim by Skidrow and when i try to install ( from mount ) it connects to steam and doest let me install, i tried without any connection and says i cant install this game without a connection ( steam offline mode fails ).
what i am doing wrong? if i cant even by past the install to test the crack? or i need to download a diff version of the game the previous one was not good to use with this patch method? pls someone :)

On my pc the retail dvd and this crack won’t work now downloading this version when I start retail dvd with crack it says: Steam_api.ddl is not working on windows or it contains an error…
I downloaded the retail version and it works perfectly.
that’s strange well i didn’t unpack with phoenix but with simpack… maybe thats the issue

To change the resolution, open [My Documents Folder]/My Games/Skyrim/Skyrim.ini and add these lines at the bottom of the [Display] section;
bFull Screen=0 to bFull Screen=1
iSize W= to ur desired resolution
iSize H= to ur desired resolution

I don’t mean to bother, I was hoping someone could direct me to a tutorial on how to install this (I believe it requires pheonix, which I just downloaded).
When I try to install, it asks for a product code. I then proceeded to use Pheonix, I selected the SIM file and had it install both options (SkyrimEnglish and SkyrimContent). Pheonix crashed, from what I hear that’s ok. I closed out and opened pheonix’s file and tried to run the Launcher and install that way, that didn’t work.
Can I get some help here? And thank you very much for all your hard work! I bought this game already to support the developers, just don’t want to wait 14 hours to get it >.<

Thanks, after updating Pheonix to the latest version I was able to install it, but I still have no audio inside the game, only during the main menu. Any idea how to fix that?

Working great and looks great better than i thought. I used a retail i got off a torrent, unpacked with pheonix 1.5 beta 8. got a reg error. placed the files from update 1 in followed by crack, ran launcher, clicked install waited a min and i was all set. this makes oblivion look like doggie poo lol happy gaming every one :):):):):)

Hi, i am just downloading the retail version or whatever since it was the first one to get out and it is supposed to work with the crack…, now i have a question…. After i install and the only thing left is to crack – which one do i crack the game with? The “UPDATE 1″ one, or the old crack that you provided.
(There could also be a possibility that i need to crack it with the old crack and after that apply the update) .
PLease answer because i spent 8 hours downloading 4.5gb’s and i really cant afford to waste time unless i know it will work completely.
If it works, i will come here again with the detailed instructions on how to properly install the game (even withat that phoenix bullshit whatever it is)

” Hey guys, I was having this problem too and just stumbled on a solution that worked for me at least.
My sound device in windows was set to output at 192khz 24bit. When I set this back to 44.1khz 16bit it fixed the problem!
So to check, in win7 go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound
Pick your sound device that is set as default, click Properties.
Go to the Advanced tab and make sure the ‘Default Format’ it is set to 44.1khz 16bit.
I actually was able to set mine to 96khz 24bit and it works aswell, just doesn’t seem to like 192khz.”
