Anyone having issues with the sound on 5.1 speakers?
I turned the volume really high, but sometimes i don’t hear my character walking or jumping, no sounds
and people talking is just silly, when i turn it changes from 1 speaker to the other, making me almoust hear no voices?
I set this back to 96000hz 24bit and works great! No more crash.
Neither deamontools nor phoenix detects anything… what must I do? They look like xbox360 files to me…

I’ve unpacked the files with 7zip quite a few times already and I keep getting the same reports. Firstly, it says that parts 1,4,5,6 are corrupted so im not sure if it even unpacks them at all. Im pretty sure it does. Anyway when unpacking it asks me if I want to override the .iso file. When I put rename automaticly it unpacked 3 .iso files. 2 of which wont open at all. First works but when I try to open install.exe an error pops up saying it cannot be executed. So im thinking either 7zip or the rapidshare files are fucked up. Prolly my 7zip? Should I just dl WinRAR or is there something haven’t done properly? Could redownloading the files help? Advice needed and appreciated. Thanks in advance
Same here, though only part6 seems to give me errors, tried with rapidshare, fileserve. It cannot unpack rzr-skrm.011
I had the same problem. You’ve probably downloaded the parts from two different posts. Check the .iso’s names : they are different depending on which post you’ve downloaded from. It worked for me after redownloading the wrong one.

I playing on expert mode , but game is too easy! is this because of crack ?
I installed the game and applied the crack, and run the game and once it shows the menu, crashes.
the game has issue with sound hardware, go to your hardware and sound config and drop down to 24 bits, 48000hz.
i would like to know how you input the crack and the update if anyone can help me?
do you put in in there before you unpack in pheonix? or do you just dump it into the folder after you unpacked

okay so everything worked i go into launchers and it recommends medium graphics so i go in the game and it works fine but when it starts the game there is like a black sheet of dots all over the screen u can kinda see behind it and the graphics look good but that wall of black dots or marks are all in the way? please help

I just got phoenix, I had no idea of its existance.
I’m trying to unpack the game from the .sim in the disk, but when it’s completed, it shows an error:
“Unsupported “Registry” entry type string.”
I’m with windows 7 64 bits.
maybe my procedure is flawed:
1) mount Skyrim’s disk image.
2) in phoenix open the SIM Unpacker
3) scan sim file in the disk
4) unpack
5) ???
6) play(?)

this is what i done and it worked
Instructions:
1. Mount image you want to unpack
2. Unpack rar archive and run Phoenix.exe
3. When finished installing click Instruments > Update CurrentDescriptionRecord > Internet
4. Click OKwhen the message ContentDescriptionRecord has been successfully updated pops up
5. Click Instruments > SID Unpacker
6. Click the … next to the path of SIM-FILE and select the .sim file
7. Click Scan a SIM-File
8. Select language and click unpack
9. Apply crack

there is an installer on the razor’s released ,why don’t just run it ? the game work fine like that …… dont have anything to do (just apply crack ,of course)
The last part is corrupted for me, i can’t extract it. I’ve tried with the part 6 from fileserve, filesonic and rapidshare, but i keep getting the same result. I use Winrar by the way. If anyone has a solution, thanks.

getting that too, real ugly shadows at some places.
enabling fxaa in the launcher options and transparency ssaa in the graphics driver options seems to help. (for nvidia: manage 3d settings -> Antialiasing – Transparency -> set it to Supersampling)
apparently works better for ati cards, less blur there.

You say you have x86 windows 7 and 8 gigs of ram! You have a 32bit system and it will NOT use any more than 4gig max due to 32 bit limitations so you might as well remove the excess, and as for your graphics card – ATi is the poor mans solution and you should always choose Nvidia if you value gaming on a pc.
dude that was sooooo a nvidia fanboy line… ati has just as good cards as nvidia and if u dont think so then u dont know shit about computers look at go google some benchmarks and see how ati/amd and nvidia are neck and neck on FPS but how ati/amd kicks nvidias ass in heat and power usage…. when u can come back and say that nvidia is better than amd make sure u have proof…. and to the poster arc101 the ati 6850 is having troubles with this game anyways maybe read the forums i think they say to roll ur driver back to 11.9 from 11.10 and that should help things out also need to get 64 bit windows
I downloaded the game … installed and cracked !! Works Superb for me BUT only one prob… cant use the fast travel with the carriage and cant turn objects in inventory like in the video kinda sucks… But the rest works and its great!!
yeah, I’m having a lot of weird mouse/UI issues. like you said, you can’t rotate the inventory. I couldn’t select ‘yes’ to sleep or wait. idk if it the crank, or something else…

Found a bug in Bleak falls temple.
When you go further in the temple where you have 3 zombie that attack you from first and above stairs with some oil on the ground.
When you shoot the oil across the ramp on 2nd level.. The game crash (2nd patch of oil)

i’m having alot of clipping? problems i guess. the textures are being ridiculous. making large sheets of the wrong texture and spreading it through the environment. like the ground will have a plane of foggish looking color about 2 feet off the ground. is this due to the crack?
also this happens almost exclusively outdoors if that helps

It’s a full game man. It’s repacked version that’s why it has less size
Its like Oblivion, has a small size but good graphics, they use some kind of compression to achieve this, cuz when you extract the game itself to create mods, the size is 12 or 13 gbs

It seams that my post didin’t work so I retry another one.
When I run the installation, the program doesn’t ask me the .sid file.
After the installation, and after copying the crack from his original folder, I start the skyrimlaucher.exe.
But I do that it start my steam platform and redirect me on the skyrim page.
Did I done something wrong? Does anybody know why It’s act like that.

It seems tat I need phoenix to unpacked the .sid files.
So I get Phoenix, installed, and run it. Now I am supposed to go to “instruments” but on my phoenix I don’t see it. So I figured out that maybe it’s because I’m not logged in, so I try but I can’t. How does this program working?
Do I really have to register to second life to get Skyrim?! It doesn’t make any sens to me…

the option of “instruments” is located at the top of the phoenix, the second option from left to right, ignorance may seem to say, but it opens these on my options so I open the phoenix when he exits the extraction when run it.
Anyone having trouble with the game open and close, you can change the options sound sample, and I changed into my work, I went to sound properties in windows and advanced, and moved to 16b 44100 Hz (CD quality), the mals English but I am using a translator.
I have a little problem here. When I install the game, it request a serial number. I cant find it, and no matter what thing i type in the texbox the program connects to steam.
Extracted the 6 folders and it creates a new folder with the ‘rzr.skrm.00x’ files in it. Where the hell do you go from there? There’s nothing to mount >< it won't recognize anything at all, what am I missing? -.-

I downloaded the repack version, applied the update (repack – 128MB), the game works fine, except some sound effects, which include attack sound, magic, …., any one know how to fix this? character sound, music are fine, but not those sound that should come out when you fire a fire ball or slash your enemy
this game has some minor sound bug which will be fix with the next crack until then try to set your sound properties of your computer speakers to 24bit 48000Hz or lower .it should be work then
Thank you very much for the upload. I have a problem that after unpacking the zip files there are no iso files. I have no idea how to mount this. Apparently some other guys have the same problem too.

For all those who dont see any Iso files.
After extracting the zip files just extract the new files again.
Right click on the first file and after chose “open with”. From the list pick an extraction program like winzip and it will unpack everything in an iso file.

how to use the patch folders? only overwrite?
I don’t know why anyone is having a hard time playin this. I used Jdownloader to get the iso. Mounted the iso in Daemon tools. Installed the game. Copied the crack then the update. After that I was able to start the game using the launcher or tesv file, and I was playin. This is your typical install by Skidrow, Razor1911, Reloaded, etc. Haven’t tried the repack, probably works fine. Using the retail dvd version, I read you had to use pheonix to install it.

No steam so, and alt tab wont work for printscreen.
Pplz it works great, i have downloaded RAZOR and applied Repack Update, but my graphic settings are always on LOW, even if i change them to high and ultra in launcher they still remain on LOW ingame.
The worst are the Armor Textures which are always on low resolution no matter what i do.
I googled it and found same problem but only with ppl who has xbox360 lol.
What should i do x((?

Man, it’s a mistery for me as well.
Because the first time I have installed the game exactly the same way as you did. And when I lauched the game, it redirected me on the skyrim page on steam.
Then I read somewhere that you’ve got to unpacked the game via phoenix ( the phoenix 1.5 beta 8).
So I finally get the right program retry to install the game and at the end it seems that the game still redirect me on the same page !!! (???!!!)
Know I see that you managed to install the game the way it is explained at the top of this page, so know I am just lost.
Another question: why should I install the game via phoenix while It is explained on this very page that the installation of the game is similar to any other skidrow game? I installed portal 2 the way you did, and it works perfectly….
You only need to use the pheonix program if your using the Retail DVD version… If you downloaded the Razor ISO here, you don’t use it. The whole reason you use the pheonix software is to bypass having to activate it through Steam. Razor basically did that for you. When you run the Razor version, you will get a window Razor created asking where to install it. If you did that and are getting redirected, its probably cause you put the crack in the wrong spot. The default location is c:\programfilesx86\edlerscrolls v skyrim. When you copy the cracks to that folder, you should be replacing a file already there for each file in the crack.

Got a bit of a progression problem. I got to the part where you have got to the Ratway warrens in Riften to find esbern. But when I get to his door his subtitles are sped up and there is no audio, the I can’t open the door, anyone else have this problem?
I do, maybe you’ve already found a way to solve this ?
Somewhat, I got him to the inn now, but he wont talk still…
