you have to delete script dragon if it says your version is not suported
or i guess you could also upgrade scripdragon for the last patch

problems you must update script dragon and (or) SKSE to the latest version, if it tells you you have the wrong version, script dragon, SKSE or a mod is interfearing with it, also we should all say a big thank you to skidrow for this update and all the other goodies he puts up for our pleasure….thanks man.

i downloaded this and is version 1.4.21.0.4, i think this the latest BETA, but i’ve read there ir a even newer version that is not beta, its just named “update 1.4″ so its hard to tell if its the same or newer without the other centimals, any news on that one? the NON BETA version, and latest version, i think it went avaible since 03 february to the steam users

Guys I installed this update and everything was going fine, but yesterday I got the LOOKUP FAILED error… I read that to solve that error you have to verify the cache of the Skyrim folder by Steam, but I’m using a cracked version with no steam involved, so the question is: how can I solve the LOOKUP FAILED error?

Duno bout you guys, but I have and issue where I can add items to my favorites tab anymore… is this common? is there a solution? I copied the update into a unpatched version of Skyrim, no previous updates.
@Miaou: It will probably work with any version of Skyrim (at least with the Razor goes fine), but if you are using a not-english version it will probably overwrite some item description and other things in English. You can try copying the whole patch inside your Skyrim folder except the DATA/STRINGS/ folder and the language.txt file, but I really don’t know if that will do the trick.

I am so thank full to you for this, I truly hate steam the way it forces its self onto my computer, and adds nothing to my game, but more holes in my security, and more lag to my already poor band width.
One thing in the Construction editor kit. Not sure if is right to mention here or not, but dialog view in the editor keeps saying the flowchartx32.dll is not right so I am unable to use this part of the Consturction kit.
Not sure if the actual problem is with this dll, but that is the error message I keep getting.

Hi, Have Razor1911 version. I downloaded and updated with his version 5 (1.4) but when I enter the game and press esc, it still says I have 1.1.21. Is there anyway to verify what version I am really running. TESV properties says that it is version 1.4.21.0. Am I doing something wrong?

I am now on 1.4.21.0.4 bugs fixed and game running smoother, I have razrs cracked version and all that I had to do was drag and drop the new files into the x86 system files folder.
Hey there. I have a solution for the “Lookup Failed!” error.
Install Update 5 and afterwards copy the Update.esm from Update 4 to “Gamefolder\Data\” then it will run again normal, but the Update is installed.
Hey, for those that dont know how,
everything has a specific place it should go, and if done properly, it will say its the latest version in the menu ingame, no errors and run smoothly,
First, download the latest patch,
Secondly, remove/deactivate any and all mods you have, put them back when your done.
Thirdly, files named “high,low,medium,readme,language,SkyrimLauncher,steam_api.dll,TESV” all go into the main directory of skyrim, (mine would be C:\Program Files\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim)
Fourthly, Update.bsa,Update.esm,Skyrim – Interface.bsa,Skyrim – Misc.bsa all go into the DATA folder.
and finally, Update_English.DLSTRINGS,Update_English.IRSTRINGS,Update_English.STRINGS, all belong in the Strings folder under DATA.
Hope this helps a few people.

Guide on how to update skyrim
1. Download the link above (you need winRAR) – extract files to your desktop
2. Open your original skyrim folder (found in your C:Drive\program files\Elder scrolls
3. Copy and paste everything in the download folder into the original skyrim folder and REPLACE when asked to
4. Play the game
Make sure to make a back-up on a USB drive just in case. Don’t worry about saves, they are found in your games folder > skyrim > saved games and will still be present after update.

So, I downloaded this file so I could update Skyrim. But I don’t think it works. Some of my controls stopped working when I’m playing the game (like the ones that I need while lockpicking) and when I open my map and just click somewhere to set a new marker, it just closes. This is really annoying and all I want is to play the game and Dawnguard.
Does this mean I’ll have to reinstall the game?
